BOY SCOUT TROOP 111

JOIN US IN SUPPORTING OUR TROOPS!

The Scouts will be collecting and shipping care packages to our Iowa soldiers currently deployed to Afghanistan. Our soldiers are requesting the comforts of home.  The Scouts hopes are to fill those needs with your help. Some of the items needed are personal care items, candy,  snacks (no chocolate), stationary, pens, magazines, DVD’s, Gatorade powder, beef jerky or a money donation to help with shipping cost.  The Scouts will be available for drop-off items on Monday and Tuesday nights from 6:30-8pm at 404 SE 2nd Street, Grimes, Iowa. During the day, drop-off’s can be made at Crown Trophy-2105 SE 37th St., Medicap Pharmacy-250 SE Gateway Dr., and Vision Bank-925 Gateway Drive, all in Grimes. Donations may be sent to the Troop 111 3007 SE Covenant, Grimes, IA 50111. Make checks payable to Troop 111 with "Soldier Fund" in the memo line.  This project is an ongoing service project throughout the Iowa National Guard’s deployment.
